Format

• Submissions should be in either .rtf or MS Word format.
• Please do NOT send files in .wpd format.
• It would be helpful if the filename of your submission is the same as the title.
  Please sign all submissions

Photos

• If possible, please send photographs separately from text so that the editor can incorporate them into the body of the text. You may specify where they are to go, but if you include them in the text, it can make the final version very large whichmakes it difficult for some people to download.
• Please include captions for photographs
